Housman Consulting has been founded by Chris Housman, a Business and Telecommunications Consultant with nearly 40 years experience, much of which was gained working for BT and its predecessors.
Our aim is to provide consultancy and professional services to companies and organisations who recognise that it takes consideration of all three elements of people, process and technology to deliver successful solutions to business problems.
Housman Consulting operates primarily - but not exclusively - in the area of call/contact centres, and with a focus on customer service rather than sales environments.
